 Shadowboxing Shadowboxing is a unique training method for confrontational sports. Its English name is shadowboxing, which comes from boxing. It is a means of warming up before high-intensity exercise. Shadowboxing, as the name suggests, can be performed by one person, punching the air.    

The long-distance method refers to using sliding steps to move the body forward and backward, and then punching on this basis. Boxers with long arm spans like this method, and they have more jabs and straight punches. The representative of this style is Muhammad Ali. Pear ball 

Pear ball is shape like a pear, hence the name . You can kick or punch it. If it is more elastic, you can also practice reaction . The best way is to use a whip kick, a straight punch, a swing punch, and some combination of punches. It is generally use more in martial arts and boxing training grounds. Boxing speed ball    (a ball used in boxing practice that can be use after being inflated)
